Whenever you want to cite anything in the thesis you just write "\cite. This is a file that opens with JABREF and is where you enter the BIBTEX style data including the URL. There are more than 25 alternatives to JabRef for a variety of platforms, including Mac, Windows, Online / Web-based, iPhone and iPad.

Sorry, I downloaded that, opened it up and saw it had 80 files and folders in it, and just assumed it was your full dissertation. JabRef is described as Bibliography reference manager.The native file format used by JabRef is BibTeX, the standard LaTeX bibliography format and is a popular research manager in the education & reference category.
